Golden Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd provides software development, AI & machine learning, IoT & embedded systems, IT consulting, cloud & DevOps, and cybersecurity services.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, all materials, including code, designs, and documentation produced by Golden Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as per the specific contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Golden Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Golden Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
